INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Important Guidelines before Submission

• Use only the IEEE A4-paper template for conferences.
• Strictly follow the guidelines of the template.
• Do not change any formatting.
• Please upload a 2-page manuscript.
• Upload only pdf files, other formats will be rejected.
• A 45-word summary will be used for publication in the program. Over-length summaries will not be accepted and will affect your ability to successfully upload your final paper.
• Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information including, but not limited to, the paper title, presentation type, a 45-word summary, as well as contact information for all authors. This information must be completed in full. Failure to do so will result in unsuccessful submission.

Author Notifications/Copyright Agreement

• Notifications are sent to the corresponding author only
• With the authors’ permission, accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore after their presentation at the conference
• A copyright agreement form must be completed if your paper has been accepted and you wish to publish it
• Please note that if your paper is accepted, you will be asked to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) at a later date. Failure to complete the copyright form will result in withholding your paper from IEEE Xplore
• This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works

POSTER AND PRESENTATION FORMATS

Presentation Format

• All speakers are required to transfer their presentation files to the conference computer; personal laptops are not permitted during sessions.
• To avoid compatibility issues, we strongly recommend using PDF format for all presentations.
• The main presentation screen is optimized for 16:9 aspect ratio, though 4:3 presentations are also supported.

Poster Format

• Posters will be printed by the conference organizers.
• Authors do not need to print or bring their own posters.
• The required poster size is A1 (594 mm x 841 mm, portrait orientation).
• There is no specific template required, but posters must be submitted in PDF format.
