A 45-word summary will be used for publication in the program. Over-length summaries will not be accepted and will affect your ability to successfully upload your final paper.
Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information including, but not limited to, the paper title, presentation type, a 45-word summary, as well as contact information for all authors. This information must be completed in full. Failure to do so will result in unsuccessful submission.
Author Notifications/Copyright Agreement
Notifications are sent to the corresponding author only
With the authors’ permission, accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore after their presentation at the conference
A copyright agreement form must be completed if your paper has been accepted and you wish to publish it
Please note that if your paper is accepted, you will be asked to complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) at a later date. Failure to complete the copyright form will result in withholding your paper from IEEE Xplore
This form allows IEEE the right to use, distribute, publish, exhibit, digitize, broadcast, reproduce, and archive, in any format or medium, whether now known or hereafter developed any materials, including written, audio and visual works
POSTER AND PRESENTATION FORMATS
Presentation Format
All speakers have to transfer their presentations to the conference computer, own laptops are not allowed
To avoid incompatibilities, presentations in pdf format are recommended
The large presentation screen is optimized for 16:9 format presentations, 4:3 is also displayed
Poster Format
Posters can be attached by pins (provided) to the poster panels (provided)
Maximum poster size is xxx mm x yyy mm
Recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1190 mm)
There is no specific template for posters
Posters must be printed and brought by the presenter
Posters must be printed in large format, printed assemblies of A4 or Letter formats are not accepted
There is no poster printing service provided by the conference organizers
